🌊🎣 UNCLE GREG’S SURF & FISHING REPORT πŸ€™πŸΌ

Good morning, Island crew! 🏝️

🟨 Yellow flags are flying today, so use a little extra caution in the water.

πŸŒ€ Tropical Storm Edouard is expected to bring heavy rain to the Galveston/Houston area over the next few days. We could see some rainfall down here as well, along with a fast-moving bump in the surf that could bring knee-to-waist+ waves. πŸŒŠπŸ€™πŸΌ

πŸ„ Surf: Ankle to knee high this morning
🌊 E (83°) 0.9 ft @ 6 sec
🌊 S (165°) 1.1 ft @ 4 sec
πŸ’¨ SW winds 5–10 mph keeping things semi-glassy this morning. Winds shift SE this afternoon, making conditions bumpy/semi-bumpy.
🌑️ Air 93° | Water 82°

🎣 Fishing is going off! πŸ”₯ From the beach to the jetties, pompano, trout and reds are all being caught on plastics and bait. Find those honey holes and wet a line! 🐟🎣

πŸ’ͺ Don’t forget to get your workout in at Island Fitness! See ya there! πŸ€™πŸΌ
