It’s cold and howling outside this morning! A solid NE short-period wind swell is lighting up the Gulf. The current 50-mile buoy reading is 13.5 ft @ 8 seconds, producing surf in the 3–6 ft range early. Expect the swell to fade a bit this afternoon, but there will still be plenty of energy with chest- to head-high+ sets from the NE (49°) at 4.4 ft @ 7 seconds. 🌊

💨 Wind:
Strong north winds 25–30 mph this morning, creating choppy / sideshore conditions. Winds ease slightly this afternoon to 15–20 mph, but it will still be pretty textured out there.

• High Tide: 3:58 PM (1.0 ft)
